Manage all aspects of clients WordPress websites including but not limited to: Content, Updates, Plugins, SSL, Domains, Hosting, SEO, Security, and Email. Handle WebMaster duties using tools like cPanel, WHM, and mainWP. Handle dedicated and shared server configurations and migrations. Regularly perform audits after updates are applied to ensure UI functionality remains unchanged and that the UX remains exceptional. Build WordPress websites for clients using Divi, Elementor, and WordPress Block Editor (Gutenburg). Setup and configure plugins like WooCommerce, Wordfence, Updraft Plus, Yoast SEO, and WP-Optimize. Communicate directly with clients about any concerns or changes they request to their website.

Middle management role working with 20 drivers on site in Cleveland, OH and remotely in Buffalo, NY. Schedule between 300 and 400 deliveries daily using Descartes and RoadNet. Train new hires and perform ride alongs to ensure DOT and company policy compliance. Coach bad behavior observed in person and via cameras. Make deliveries as needed based on work load. Work in warehouse pulling orders and packing shipments as needed.
